I’m Robert Puentes, a lifelong fitness enthusiast and former Marine. My passion for fitness began at 14 with a Sears weight set, and by 17, I was deeply into bodybuilding.
After 21 years of service, including deployments across the globe and in Desert Storm, I retired to focus on personal training and nutrition consulting. My approach is shaped by the biomechanics teachings of Doug Brignole, emphasizing scientific principles to debunk fitness myths.
Now based in Cathedral City, CA, with my family and supportive pets, I’m committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
